Most small orders are shipped using FedEx SmartPost and may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Larger orders (over 12 pounds) are shipped using FedEx Ground which takes up to 5 business days.

Most small orders are shipped using USPS and should arrive in 2-3 business days. Largers orders will be shipped using FedEx Express or 2nd day options.

Most orders are shipped using FedEx Standard Overnight and will arrive the next business day by 7:00pm. If ordered on Friday, your shipment will arrive on Monday.

Merchandise are shipped by FedEx, and USPS. Shipments usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days from payment receipt. Please allow reasonable time for processing payments and handling shipment of your order. Larger orders please allow extra time for handling (1-2 days). Shipments can be expedited for an extra handling fee, please call for details. Handling cost is included in the cost of shipping. Extra packing materials, boxes and labor are used to safely send out packages. We will provide delivery confirmation number (USPS) or tracking number (FedEx) for shipments.

BioWorld Products Inc offers shipping to all APO/ FPO address and will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all military shipments to arrive and be confirmed. Please note that USPS does not provided tracking numbers for APO/FPO address. We can only expedite the shipping to your designated APO/FPO depot. Once it reaches the depot it is entered into Military Mail and delivery time and handling are at their discretion. Extra fees may apply.

BioWorld Products Inc's shopping cart currently only ships to: Canada. Contact us directly for other countries. Shipments through the shopping cart are shipped by USPS Mail or FedEx. If any other type of delivery is needed, contact us directly. Please allow 10 - 14 business days for your order to be delivered. Each country has different delivery schedules and customs processing time. Please be aware Duty and Taxes are not included in the shipping price and each country has their own rules and policies you must follow.
